Many of you may be familiar with the structure – of which I can’t find a picture – that used to be situated at the curve in the walkway that leads from Marine Park to Castle Island, at the far end of the South Boston peninsula. Southie residents called it the Sugar Bowl. A few years ago, it was gated off and then demolished. A little while after that, a new structure emerged in its place. The new building vaguely resembles a house (you can see it in the graphic above). Your good buddy Drizzle lives a quick walk from Castle Island, and one night, on a walk with Staker around the walkway, we gave the new structure a name that harkened back to the old one: the Sugar Shack.
